At Hope’s Alive, we believe that small investments can create big impact. Through our HAPS initiative (Hope’s Alive Poverty Solutions), we are actively launching sustainable, Christ-centered projects that transform lives and restore dignity.
Our largest initiative right now is building a fully self-sustaining chicken farm for the Jamie Strahan Children’s Center in Kisii, Kenya. This project will provide food, income, and training for the 18 children and caregivers living at the orphanage.
Did you know? It takes the average poor person in a third-world country 20 years to save just $100.
Our goal is to raise $5,000 to build chicken coops and supply 300 chickens.
We’re offering 50 investment shares at $100 each to make this dream a reality.
Project Breakdown:

Our goal for 2025 is to provide 100 wheelbarrows, empowering widows to transport goods and build income.
Our immediate need is $600 to fund 15 wheelbarrows for a Wheelbarrow Rental Business run by Hope Ambassador Stephen Mpendaamani. This business will generate sustainable income and allow Stephen to mentor future entrepreneurs in both business and faith.
With your investment in hope, we can launch sustainable businesses like:
Every dollar is a seed of hope. Together, we can change lives, create generational impact, and bring the gospel alive in some of the world’s hardest places.
